Hi! I'm Sean! I've spent over a decade mastering a diverse training style in strength and conditioning. I believe that focusing your intention on a SMART fitness and nutritional goal every year is one of the best ways to stay active, healthy and inspired to achieve your best. "Our intention creates reality!" I have certifications in Barbell Strength, Fitness Kickboxing, and Kettlebell Instruction, and I've even trained overseas working closely with professional Muay Thai fighters.
