CIVIC HOLIDAY: BODY FIT WILL BE UNSTAFFED MONDAY, AUGUST 3

Body Fit will be unstaffed on Monday, August 3 for the Civic Holiday.


The gym will remain open for eligible members with 24/7 access, but the front desk will be unavailable for membership purchases, day passes, account changes, and general assistance.


If you need help with your membership, key fob, account, or any other front-desk matter before Monday, please visit us this weekend. Staff will be available Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 4 PM.


ACCESSING THE GYM ON MONDAY


The front door will be locked. Members aged 16+ who are in good standing with an active membership and a working key fob can use their own fob to unlock the door and access the gym as usual.


Please remember:

  • Every member must check in using their own key fob.

  • Members under 16 cannot unlock the front door independently.

  • Members under 16 may access the gym during unstaffed hours only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 25+ who is also a current member in good standing. Both members must check in at the turnstile.

  • Members under 14 must be actively supervised by their parent or guardian throughout their workout.

  • Expired members cannot unlock the front door until their membership renewal has activated.

  • Do not let in guests, non-members, expired members, or anyone whose fob is not working.


IMPORTANT


Sharing a fob, using someone else’s fob, or giving access to someone who has not checked in with their own fob will result in a $150 fine, no exceptions. Violating the age-access rules may result in immediate loss of membership privileges.


If you need to renew or purchase a membership before coming in, use the same email address connected to your previous account. Please allow up to 30 minutes for fob access to activate.
