Ingredients:

1 large mango, cubed
1 avocado, diced
3/4 cup of macadamia nuts, roasted/salted
5 cups of fresh arugula
DRESSING:
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1/4 olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon agave syrup
Pepper
Dash of garlic powder
Preparations:
Mix dressing and set aside
Toss the avocado, mango, macadamia nuts with the salad dressing
Helpful Hint:
Wait until you are ready to serve salad before adding the dressing and topping mixture, or else the arugula will get soggy.
