7 Week Transformer – Julie

Julie

I made the decision to take on this challenge because, truth be told, I did not feel good about myself at all. The sad thing is that as bad as I felt, I wasn’t doing anything to change. My fiancé and I love watching movies and indulging in yummy food, who doesn’t? But at the end of the day, it was taking a toll on my body and self-esteem. I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror and was feeling worse and worse about myself.

This challenge has opened up my eyes to a healthier lifestyle and hard work. That is not to say that this was easy, it was one of the hardest things I have had to do. The meal plan was extremely tough to get used to and no caffeine…NO CAFFEINE?? Now that was a challenge all on its own.  I never thought I could work out the way we have been with the trainers; I actually have muscle now where I never thought possible. The trainers, Eric and Christina, were incredible to work with and so helpful. They were so supportive the whole way through. This challenge has given me the tools to start my own journey and I will be continuing with personal training after the 7 weeks are completed. Whether I reach the goal or not, I feel incredible and am very proud of myself for seeing this through.

I am getting married in October and had my dress fitting recently when my seamstress told me my dress would have to come in at least 3-4 inches, in my opinion, goal accomplished J
